In recent news, amidst the excitement and chaos of NAB, AJA has just launched their new #TryCION program. As mentioned in the title of this post, the program seeds 100 CION cameras for free to qualified shooters to use for their projects. That could be you!
The program is currently available in North America only. #TryCion provides filmmakers, cinematographers, and camera operators easy and affordable access to CION. Along with AJA, Motion Media wants to give you the opportunity to use and experience the CION camera first hand. The #TryCion program encourages you to experiment with the CION camera, if not to totally integrate it into your production workflow. With #TryCion, you’ll learn to appreciate just how AJA products suit your production needs.
AJA’s #TryCION program runs through the end of summer 2015. Cameras are available on loan to qualifying applicants. Additional AJA CION accessories are included in the loan. Individuals interested in the program can apply online. Click here to apply.
“AJA is known for its generosity to customers with our support, return and warranty programs, and as a private, diverse company we can make bold moves to show the community that we’re very committed to the professional camera market,” said Nick Rashby, President, AJA Video Systems. “We’ve invested heavily in building out a special try-and-buy loaner pool of CION cameras that we’re making available so that any interested shooters can experience this camera and the incredible film-like beauty of these images for themselves before committing to a purchase.”
